In today’s ever-changing business environment, an administrative professional must have a competitive edge for promotion and hiring, and to enhance career success. Attaining the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS®) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP®) designations show employers, clients and associated that you are not "just a secretary." Is certification worth it? What is it, exactly? What is recertification? This program will explore both the CPS and CAP programs from application to testing to recertification, costs, how to study and the value of attaining the CPS/CAP. Certification is a mark of excellence that you carry with you everywhere you go!
